FAQs

OMRON Learning and Knowledge is the learning portal for OMRON in Europe. The European training offering of OMRON is presented here and registered learners can enroll in available courses to access the training material available for the course enrolled.
In OMRON Learning and Knowledge two types of courses can be distinguished. eLearning and eLearning+.

An eLearning course is a short course (typical learning time is around an hour) and the subject is linked to a single OMRON product or product range. Typical subjects are Technology, Applications and Product line-up. Whereas an eLearning+ course can be instructor-led in a class-room or online by a video-connection, or it is an online self-paced course. Length varies from one to three days, where also learning packs are available with different level courses combined in a logical order (for example, basic level comes first and then the advanced level follows).
Some courses are for free, others have a fee. It depends on the content and the way a course is performed, like a classroom course.

If a course is free or for a fee is noted at the course information.
Registration is through the Login page of OMRON Learning and Knowledge. You will receive a confirmation email upon a successful registration.
If your country is not listed then you can always select OMRON Europe. You will see only the generic courses listed and you won’t be able to access the course catalogue of the courses specifically listed, while we're working on creating the catalogue of your country and language.
From the OMRON Learning and Knowledge login page you have the possibility to reset your password. However you need to be able to recall your username or the email-address you entered during registration.
You can book a classroom or online course via the “Booking request” button. Our back-office team will then contact you to make the arrangements.
